What does it mean to savor an ending?
In this final episode of the series, I reflect on change, transition, and the tender work of letting go. As my family and I prepare to move into a new home, I share some of the emotions that arise when one chapter closes and another begins.

As we welcome the Equinox, we pause to honor the balance of light and darkness and the wisdom found in every season of transition. Endings can be difficult, but they can also be beautiful invitations to trust, reflect, and begin again.
