Two Herbs for Depression & Anxiety

A lot of clients of mine have recently been experiencing more intense bouts of depression and anxiety, due to the impact of the pandemic.

I thought I would share with you two herbs that are pretty easy to find, simple to use and very effective medicines for anxiety and for depression.

 
 

Correct dosage:

  • Lemon Balm is 1-2 tbsp per two cups or 16 oz of water

  • Peppermint is 1/2 - 1 tbps per two cups of 16 oz of water (so add a little more Lemon Balm than I mentioned in the video!)
